D/O service is very bad.
I don't know how CMA's service is in other countries. But CMA VIETNAM (HOCHIMINH) is very bad. Regarding sending D/O, it takes almost 1 day to get D/O for customers. Meanwhile, other shipping lines only need about 1 hour to process. Especially the staff "Ms. NGUYEN QUYNH MY" works very slowly. We had an urgent shipment, we also emailed to ask for support to send D/O early to receive the goods, we paid the full fee, but a few hours later she replied that we had to pay an additional container deposit fee, which wasted a lot of our time. And she even blamed me for not asking about this fee first, since other shipments do not have this fee, we were not aware of it in advance. I asked her why she did not tell us about this fee from the beginning so we could pay it, and why she did not reply to our email sooner. She was very cheat, she said it had been sent to the system for a long time, why didn't I check, while I checked the system and only saw the notification about 10 minutes ago. While I sent the email at around 7:30 am, she reply to me at 11 am. So when will we get D/O, really sucks.

For a big company like this and can’t resolve their app issues for months show how bad they are. They just not accurate in anything apart from charging People high prices and can’t even resolve simple app issue.

On n’a du mal à suivre les containers ça prend trop de temps surtout pour le Sénégal. Mon container a quitté Tanger et a sauter l’étape Dakar pour continuer vers le sud de l’Afrique et un trajet qui devait prendre 5 jours prendra 22 jours. C’est pas bon pour nous. Le service n’est vraiment pas le top. On a même du mal à avoir un container vide pour le chargement à Montréal. Juste mon opinion en tant que client
