Nice App with little Shortcomings 😒
Hi team,
Been using this App for quite some years now.
However, as soon the screen in minimised or toggled between two Apps (ex: Maersk and Calculator) or even a notification screen is slide down from phone the App reads “oh, unfortunately your Session timed out” it is very annoying.
Secondly, during our several meeting with the Maersk team heading SPOT, we highlighted that the App should show; Freight + Ocean Surcharges instead of total Price on the main page. Moreover, even when a Vessel is Chosen, we are unable to see the Freight + Ocean Surcharges unless we click on the pricing tab to expand the total cost and Calculate manually.
Lastly, Recently, the App has been throwing Continuous Errors “the system is unable to load the information. Please try again.”
I really hope these things are implemented to make it a much easier to use the App

Prix Reefer
Vous devez ajouter l’option REEFER dans l’application mobile, on peut consulter que les fret dry. Merci.
Expensive and bag managed
Pricing is so random. Not affordable.. Choose other companies
Does not have vessel departure times
App used to be updated. Now it will have same arrival and departure times on schedule. Not very good when you are trying to get cargo on a ship and arrival and departure times are listed as the same. Much better to use Maersk Line limited website and get arrival and departure times.
No schedule updates
