可怕的难用
Cannot open
Cannot even open the main page and login is constantly bugging
Cannot connect to the internet
Sometimes this app cannot open due to it bad connection to the internet. It is not my net’s problem, because other apps work well.
不能適配iPad，看個收費明細不能橫屏看，希望改進
相對匯豐app還是挺好用的，跟內陸銀行app比就差的意思了

ACC registration doesn’t work
The account registration doesn’t work, the apps jump out after scanning the face.
Terrible experience
I doubt this apps is not support iOS 13, I tried over 20 times with my iPhone 11 to log in, log in was successful but it log out my account when I proceed further action. It is insane and drives me crazy, Really MAD
