Misleading Advertisement
I went and downloaded the app, signed up and ordered a ride. I assumed it would just be easy as that since the ride was confirmed for pickup. 30 minutes go past since the confirmed pickup time the app has set up and the car is still parked in a location about 2 minutes away. We called the number in the settings (which the lady who answered was rude and snappy) and they said that you need to be in the system. So why does it not say that when I was signing up? I confirmed my email and all but was never enlightened by the fact that we need to have signed up previously. Wasted over an hour of our time just to order an Uber instead of the free fare transportation that was advertised
