Doesn’t update the time fast enough. Two times the driver just didn’t show up.
The change in time of arrival is confusing and frustrating
This app is to help students and we are thankful but it really is a mess. It keeps changing the time of pick up and we never really know when it’s going to be out there. The minute we turn and go back in to take shelter while waiting for it, it arrives and leaves. Needs to fix the time of pick up and not change it. Kind of inconvenient.

Terrible App
This app is so useless. The time of pick up get pushed back farther and farther to the point where students get so frustrated that we either walk or have to call a ride service like Uber or lyft. Also if u call to find out where on earth your saferides is, they tell you to cancel and book again which pushes the time back even farther. On top of that, there’s no notification on your phone for when your saferides has arrived so a lot of times you miss the ride because you aren’t aware of when it’s come and it only waits for a minute. Fix this now

Terrible gps system. Saferide buses don’t arrive where the app says to meet them. Doesn’t give enough time to locate the vehicle.
Create feature
There should be a way for MTD Connect App to notify users when their bus is about to arrive if I’m not currently on the screen. The wait time is so long to the point where I had to leave the screen on multiple occasions. By the time I go back on the app, I had already missed my bus. So create a feature that alerts me when I’m off the page.
