Buses showing up earlier than the times and leaving early amd buses not showing up

I have been late for work multiple times due to buses leaving stops earlier than arrival times on app. Buses not showing up or passing me up… this is NOT OK. Im very disappointed

Completely and utterly inaccurate. This app literally has no idea when buses are coming they just give you a wild guess
