Great app

Fun little app

Fun little app, makes the game feel alive. More inclined to read the news reports on my phone than anywhere else.

Very cool

Please provide font option, or provide one that more closely matches game. Also, prevent screen lock option would be awesome.

Really good app

I love the gui and the interaction. Overall, it is a fairly straightforward and well programmed app. I have not seen a single bug. It’s nice to have this up while docked at a station or flying through hyperspace. Maybe I’ll get the dev a large drink. Thanks!

Pretty good

I'd say this app is great, you can check galnet wherever you are whatever your doing, my one complaint (and the reason it's 4 stars) is that it doesn't send you notifications when a new article is out, other than that it's a great app

Great app for checking on Galnet news when you aren’t in game. It has a great interface and is easy to use.

No longer updates

It was a great ap in the beginning. I can only guess the developer has abandoned the ap. It no longer updates the Gal. new news.

The app isn’t abandoned, Frontier just aren’t publishing any new Galnet News articles at the moment 😕 As soon as the game devs publish more news it’ll appear in the app.

Extremely impressed!

This app has an amazing GUI and an even better response time. Everything is quick and simple and easy to learn.

I do recommend possibly adding two tabs, one for the stories you mark as read, and one for new stories.
This is just a recommendation, I love the app and can’t express how impressed I am with it.

Awful

Loaded app and it basically showed a blank screen with "Galnet News" written on it. This app clearly isn't tested and should be removed from the App Store.

Hey, sorry you had issues with version 1.4, were you using an iPad? It sounds like you ended up in the article view without selecting a news item first. If that's the case then tapping the top left chevron (where it says < CMDR) would have expanded the view and let you select an article to read. Give the latest version a go and let me know how you get on, I've got some improvements lined up for v1.7 which I think you might like.
