Worst app ever!
First time beginner and I’m met with a cheater that had 115 wins and 1.3k$ in rewards bro was pretty he was cheating yet nothing was done about it regardless about their so called high tolerance to cheating

App logs you out every time you close it. Annoying.
Secondly, no point having as the website already has the exact same chat on and you can use the app to find/create matches. With the fact both log you out every time may aswell just use the site

So for some reason I had to reset password and it said I can’t use the same as last password so I created a new one okay and since then I can’t even sign in from the app and it’s kind of annoying I wanna see the codes on my phone and not be switching between windows and end up my setting change in game. When it works it’s easy but then when it doesn’t then it’s kind of useless I can’t even sign in.

There’s literally no point of this app
Whenever you get matched up it sets a chat, the chat will provide a link that’s the match details. Which is great. But the thing is, that your going to get directed back to the website anyway which provides the same exact live chat so what’s the point ? I highly suggest an app for this reason. It’s unfair to committed player who constantly use this site on the daily. And also the administrators on the site seem to not gaf about what’s right rules or wrong. They put no effort at all. Annoying Chat
There needs to be a block feature in the public chat, “finding teammates”. Many users are consistently annoying and talk about topics completely irrelevant to finding teammates. The moderation by admins is clearly not enough. I will not have this app on my phone until it’s fixed, I need a block feature or a completely remove me from the chat until I request to join option. It’s honestly outdated and quite ridiculous to not have a block feature of some sort to filter messages you actually want to see that are related to finding teammates.

The admins of this website seem to have some hidden boyfriends, because there are rules that work for some that don't work for others, the rule had to be for everyone! But there are admins who run their hands over the heads of some players, and it seems that the site doesn't have a rule. They don't care if you lost your money to a cheater, everything is normal for them. Even if a guy goes flying through the call of duty map and killing everyone in the lobby with 1 pistol shot, good site, but bad in terms of admins... Andrew manages to be the worst of them all.

I haven’t been able to get through the app. I keep getting stuck on the fist page. I should not have to try it on other devices to see if I can get in the app.
Terrible Support Team
Good luck getting any help from the “Support team” the only decent one I’ve met so far was Bailey, the rest seem like they have something better to do and you’re inconveniencing them. Ozzy is the worst of the bunch... needs a serious lesson on customer assistance.
