I would give all of CMiC’s apps zero stars if I could.
I would give their online products zero stars as well. I cannot remember a week where our organization isn’t running into outages or other problems with some part of their products. I am lucky to get 3 expenses done before my credentials are “invalid” and then i have to delete the app, reinstall, re-log in.
I have to delete and reinstall the app weekly outside of inputting more than 3 expenses at this time.
Horrible app and even worse response and customer service for their products.
Stay away.

Terrible
This is probably the worst functioning app I have ever used. Every single time I open the app it tells me my login credentials are incorrect, something customer support says will clear if I just delete and redownload the app. That’s the solution? Every single time I need to login? It takes at least 3 or 4 attempts of deleting/downloading for it to work, and that’s on a good day. Fix the problem.
