The app is not intuitive. Could use some big improvements to make it easy to navigate and pay loans.

FIX IT ASAP

App is antiquated. Takes too many steps to get anything accomplished. Shouldn’t be that difficult to accomplish simple tasks like paying a HELOC

Just okay

The bill pay feature is my go-to on this banking app, but trying to tweak autopay settings? Nope, gotta teleport to the website like it’s 1999. At least the app tosses you a lifeline with a quick link to get there!

Works half the time

The app is very convenient but at times the account information for at least one of my accounts somehow disappears and that’s frustrating.
