I love the new mobile check deposit and Zelle features they have added! They help make things so much easier for me! 🙌🏼
User Friendly
Yes it is user friendly. If I can use it anyone can. Convenient when checking balances and reconciling. Being able to access Zelle is a big plus makes life so much easier. Just be sure to log into the website at least once a month to keep from being locked out of app. This is a security feature and it is smooth sailing after that.

Does not work.
Does not work on my iPhone 7 updated to 13. It never does anything but let me log in then kick me out and locks up. I call the bank and they say a tech will call and they never do. I’m thinking about changing banks Because of this problem. I’m always at my two works or college so if I can’t pay on a break and track my account, why should I even use this bank. Get out of the Stone Age and get modern Carlsbad National Bank.

I would give it 5 stars if we could make mobile deposits. That being said I am pleased with the convenience of being able to keep track of the. Implant account on the go. This bank is in Carlsbad and our corporate office is out of state, it is really inconvenient having to snail mail checks to them. Business reasons force us to work this way.

Ever since I got the iPhone X I have not been able to use this app. When calling the bank and asking for support, the only thing that has happened was more havoc. Now my phone number has been removed from all of my accounts. I used to like this app but now it is useless to me. I can’t even use the text bank services.
