The App sucks
The application is a complete miss.
It never works without any trouble!!!

Cannot Login Now
Was using this app for years fine. Now I get a biometric prompt even though it’s turned off and I cannot login. Saw reviews stating this months ago. How is this not fixed yet? Not good

Horrible experience horrible app
It should be illegal to make an app this bad and still manage to scam customers. Fix this I can’t even log in
Garbage
Doesn’t work half the time. They still can’t figure out how to use it with apples 26.3 software. Figure it out developers.
Request to cancel on sale of home
We called a week in advance to requested to cancel our house insurance policy on the closing date after selling our home. After talking with an agent we checked our policy on the app and the whole policy disappeared much to our horror. We contacted the agent and they assured us the house was still covered but they couldn’t tell us why this policy no longer existed in the app. Programers should have this set up so the policy is still there until the cancellation date-so this is something that needs to be corrected in the app. Otherwise I haven’t had any issues with the app in the several years I’ve used it. Surely this is an easy fix!

Broken App
Face ID doesn’t work, buttons don’t respond, and the app feels half-broken most of the time. Basic actions fail or lag, the UI is absolute garbage, and using it is just frustrating. For something this critical, the app is shockingly unreliable. Trust me, one star is generous.
Buttons Don’t Respond
Would like to pay my invoice through the app but it’s impossible as the buttons don’t respond. I can’t even copy and paste my credit card information into the field. This is pretty basic and should be fixed. I will update my rating when this is fixed.
App no longer works!
I used to have the app for years and it was fine. With this new update though, it keeps just telling me to turn off biometrics and even when I do, nothing changes. The app won’t even let me in. It’s a brick of an app and doesn’t work at all. Someone needs to fix it because the app is completely unusable on iPhone!

App is not able to keep user logged in
One of a simplest and obvious feature each basic application should has is keeping user Auth state! This app lacks this, which means every time I have to type my username and my long/hard password to use the app! Seems like it is totally a webview not Native app, as credentials don't get recognized by iOS' password manager. You guys are making millions of dollars each month, hire a professional team of mobile developers and refactor/rebuilt your app

Unusable. Keep getting biometrics error.
New update
New update has all my family locked out. Says we need to turn off biometrics but still doesn’t work when turned off. Please fix the recent update.

LOGIN FAILURE
I thought the logging in with Face ID was going to be helpful and more efficient but I just get the circle of death that keeps looping. The link for the app support does not bring you to IT support it brings you to the main company website which is useless in situations such as this as it would have prevented such a review. There should be a direct link to an email tech support or page to fill in details regarding errors about the app.

You guys need to add Apple Wallet support for liability cards already. Recently joined cooperators and had this functionality with another insurer for the last 5+ years…
Horrible Insurance company
Disgusting and frustrating service.
They canceled our policy because someone made one claim where we were at fault but didn’t even require fixing any car because it was a slight accident and none of the cars were damaged. I can’t believe just a small accident which happens a lot in Ontario can cause you to lose your policy. What are even insurance companies for???

Pretty much descent
It's a pretty straightforward app. The user interface could be enhanced but it’s totally optional. The current interface does serve the purpose, so can’t complain.
Last Update was 7 months ago
2 Stars because “Intermittent Problems with Mobile App Payments” has not been fixed yet and because the app has not been updated in months.
The problem ? Credit Card information can not be entered, at least not the expiry date or security code.
Being able to autofill this information or Apple Pay would be nice.
