Would be aware of this
The app work fine, the problems come from the subscription. I have been taking some time to write this review, from the rush to pay, to the term and conditions of the contract you have to signed, to others items it’s too much for me. By the end I was doing 1 hour 15 minutes of cardio and 2 hours to 2 hours and 15 minutes of weight, was burn out at least 3 times and I was expected to push through because if I did not he would cancel the contract (thanks to those term and conditions, giving him the power to do so if he feel you are not following the plan)
You are expected to see the plan and adjust your life to follow it. If the gym that has all of his equipment and it is the farthest away, you better go to that gym. I ended driving 30 minutes to the gym and 30 minutes back home, in order to have the plan in place,(this is having 2 gym on the way that are closer) and when told him to modify the program for the equipment close home I was given attitude about it
Comunication is also lacking here. Meal plan got change weekly on check ins but several time his changes will end up on the following day making you to rush with the meal plan for that first day. The communications regarding the plan can start fine with a conversation but at one point it will change to his plan for you and when you realize it’s too late, given the time you have with the contract. If you convince him to change it to what you want ( ex if you were on a cut phase and you convinced him to change to a bulk). The parameters that will be put on you, will be so hard to follow that at the end will be still be on the same cut phase
If you are in the USA, there will be a delay on that communication since he is in the uk. He would advice on some medications but leave you to do all the research and medical bills, which bring me to the question if with this medications would be a way to get the results that he was talking about but it’s hard to get for me since I’m not in that world and had the FDA controlling those medications.
