Scam Artists
Their business model is simple: Get people in as much debt as possible, take as much of it as they can, and leave them to drown in it. Their contracts are they key to making this scam work for them.
They will get you to apply for large amounts of business credit, THEY WILL TAKE EVERY CENT OF IT AS SOON AS THEY CAN, they will then leave you with no profits and zero support, to drown and go bankrupt under massive credit card debt. Zero consideration, remorse, or any sense of responsibility. Simply evil.
Every single step of the way throughout this process, when they could either deliver or disappoint, they have disappointed me. They have chosen to be bad actors and act as the antagonist every single step of the way, and have chosen to position me as the full liable victim at every turn. Whether it be through inaction, ineptitude, negligence, mismanagement, or by directly telling me they assume no responsibility for the present situation they have created and will not do so under any circumstances.
When confronted they become hostile and persist as malicious actors, outright shameless scammers who are ruthless. Stay away & stay safe.

Scammed me and never helped me
They said any city and any state. Then they took back their words when I made the payments. Never found me a property after two months of just property searching. I already did all the LLC to website to everything on my own and still paid the fee to find me a property and always had an excuse and didn’t show me one property. Really disappointed.

Same Scam, New Name
This is just Inayah and Bryson again. They used to go by Stayly / I&B Coaching rebranded as “Coach Inayah.” Same recycled Airbnb 101 videos you can find on YouTube, same vague group calls, same pressure tactics to take out high-interest Affirm loans. They delete negative comments from their dashboard and hide behind “no refunds” while delivering little to no value. Don’t be fooled by the new name or the polished app — it’s the same overpriced, misleading program that has left many people in debt and regret. Save your money.

They are scammers. Stay away. They are ruining lives by deceiving them and not fulfilling promises. They just changed their name and app from Stayly and now Coach Inayah. They keep rebranding due to negative reviews.
