Frustrated Creator
I have filed countless tickets now and am still just receiving automated responses. The app was updated a few months ago and when that went through, my Instagram started being associated with a different creator’s account. So anytime I submit a post link, it scans this other creator’s profile for my post and cannot find it. So then I have to manually upload the link. It gets approved and then a week later support contacts me saying they can’t find my post. So I have to resend my link then to MY profile because there’s some glitch in the system and whenever I try explaining this with screenshots and this same information and even the same handle for the same creator it keeps trying to pull information in on……it’s just we need the link to your post, because whatever AI is being used hasn’t been trained on how to troubleshoot this. I’ve sent emails and even DM’d the insta account. Nothing. I’m sad because I’ve been doing campaigns with stack influence for years and this has just made it very frustrating.

Poor service
On my first campaign the item I chose had ingredients in it that I cannot use that were not disclosed in the listing. Stack attempted to help me remove myself from the campaign but did not mark it correctly and ignored my follow up emails and screenshots showing that the app still thought I was in that campaign even if it was not active and would not allow me to join new ones. I asked for my emails to be taken to a supervisor and I feel like I’m emailing an auto response. Very disappointing that they cannot give me an answer other than a cooker cutter one on repeat that does not understand my issue.

No support
I also was banned with no explanation. Very unprofessional if they are trying to be a legit business. Also, there is no way to delete your account.
Worse app ever
At first they will pay you upfront but on next collab you have to buy it first with your own money but it’s fine they’re good but after few try their payment is sucks !! They will make you wait forever just to get the payment and the costumer service never help anything really worse app
False advertising
The add on instagram said you only need 100 followers I tried to sign up it said I need 200 on instagram that’s ok because I have over 3k on TikTok and over 2k on each facebook and over 300 of YouTube
