Great UGC jobs, Awful app support for creators

Love the platform, super easy to apply for jobs, decent money compared to a lot of other competitors. But the support chat for when the app glitches and causes you to miss deadlines? Slow is a kind word, misinformation a yes that turns to a no that turns to an I don’t know is more accurate. If you are a beginner probably best to wait a few months before you brace Influee so your account can stay in good standing

There is no justice! Terrible help from support!

terrible communication, support ignores, turns a blind eye to the fact that the brand does not pay for my work, that the brand does not know how to clearly write requirements for the video and then refuses to cooperate after I spent a lot of time creating content twice. Of course, brands pay for subscriptions, so justice is where the money is! There is no justice! Support always sides with brands even if they are wrong. They may simply not pay for your time!
