The app opens directly into a mobile stroke review workflow: choose a stroke and camera angle, record the swimmer's goal, route a secure video link or clip manifest, and keep family-ready review notes and practice assignments organized. For swimmers and parents: - Submit a swim clip or secure video link with stroke, camera angle, package, guardian consent, and privacy preferences. - Review coach feedback previews, timestamp markers, action plans, and recheck capture guidance. - Sign in to keep private review drafts, notes, and Larry-assigned practice work tied to the swimmer account. For Coach Larry's workflow: - Track booking leads, review readiness, coach notes, practice assignments, call notes, video edit plans, and delivery status. - Keep public profile, package, privacy, and release-readiness copy in one operating console. - Use read-only admin previews without exposing private coach queues until a coach or admin account is authorized.
