Fake Coach App with Ads??!
Just when I thought I’d never seen used an app worse than my health insurance provider’s, I downloaded this Coach app. I recently purchased a Coach bag for the first time and decided to download the app to check out some other items I’ve had my eye on. Within seconds of logging in, a popup ad for PELATON overtook my phone screen. For a second I thought I must have accidentally downloaded one of those Candy Crush-esque phone games with the frequent ads for everything from casino games to Temu. After I could finally exit the ad, I was brought back to the Coach app which felt more like I was just interacting with the website on my phone via Safari. Before I could even navigate to the shopping category I was looking for, ANOTHER AD. Except this one I couldn’t even exit out of. After this happening so often that I couldn’t shop efficiently, I deleted the app. It felt so suspicious—like this app experience does NOT align with the Coach brand at all. I don’t trust this app at all.

Love this app love the store
They always have great deals . The items are top quality. The app is awesome just wish their weren’t ads in the app. But they are one of my favorite stores I’ve been a fan since I was a kid and my mom use to buy their leather zip wallets.

The Coach app is amazing! I’ve made two purchases with Coach outlet and I’m pleased with it all! I love how the material of all the bags are made with real leather and it’s worth the by. I love Coach outlet better than coach because I am able to find a discount on every item I search for or catches my eye! Thank Coach for having such an amazing website!

Best experience
Was looking for a birthday gift for myself as it is a big one coming up- I am a Coach girly through and through! I got myself my dream bag and wallet set with ease, and the birthday coupon didn’t hurt either! The app is so easy to use and you can toggle back and forth from the regular Coach store to the outlet. Great experience overall and a very successful birthday!

Too Many Ads
I can’t believe that the Coach brand would put their stamp of approval on this app. You can’t even scroll past 6 products without getting an ad that covers your entire phone screen. I found a lot of items that I liked and would have bought via this app, but the hassle of waiting 5 seconds for the ad to pass is not worth it (they pop up every 10-20 seconds too!). I’m not shopping here in the immediate future.

Thornton Outlet Store
I had to go into the store for few days recently and each time I’m greeted at the front door and I’m getting the best kind of assistance through my visits. That kind of customer service makes a person look forward to going back.

ADS ! U can’t shop w/o interruption
Seriously??!! I deleted the app within an hour. I’ve never seen a reputable company scream with 3rd party, full screen Advertisements popping up AND cannot be closed until waiting 5 seconds.
And we are supposed to wait for the privilege of shopping their store?
No thank you. Deleted the app and abandon my shopping endeavor.
I’ll shop elsewhere where it’s more respectful, consumer friendly, and tech is dedicated to helping users focus on navigate the products within their own marketplace.

Wow I love this app!!!!
Honestly I love shopping . I download this apps because is so easy to shop plus I get notifications of the deals they have. Downloading this app made shopping easier for me instead of going on their online page.
Great online experience
It was so easy to shop online and it was a fast process to check out. Lots of items on sale and even clearanced.
How can an app be this bad?
If the point of this app is to advertise any products, Coach fails here because it’s such a turn off. If the point is to be able to access your coach account, browse through inventory and buy coach products, then whoever designed this monstrosity needs to refund whatever they were paid and go back to school. One couldn’t scroll down the main page to start their search without being stopped by full screen video ads every 1.5 seconds. It’s a nightmare to navigate. If any app ever deserved a zero (0) this would be it. Also it’s clear that no one at Coach uses their own product if not this would have been pulled after a week.

Ads make this app unusable
I’ve been shopping Coach for years and adore their products. I recently realized that they had an app and hoped that it would be an easy way to shop from my phone. Once in the app, I received ads every 60 seconds or so. I got a notification offering the chance to win $50 for rating their app 5 stars which is undoubtedly the reason their App Store rating is so high. This poor user experience cheapens the brand’s image and I am incredibly disappointed. The ads are insufferable and I will be shopping on desktop from here on out.

Customer service was amazing. Ordered myself some birthday gifts online and on check out put the wrong apartment number customer was understanding and very helpful
Easy Navigation
The Coach App provides a logical flow of navigating while shopping. The filter and sort features allowed me find exactly what I was looking quickly. The advertisement were relevant and not distracting. Great App.
Deals
Went in the store and didn’t plan on buying anything. I came across a wallet I couldn’t pass up and made the purchase with 60% off!
Too many ads
There are way too many ads on this app. I got multiple full page ads within minutes of opening the app for the first time. There is also a continuous ad at the bottom of the page. It is much easier to just use safari or google and go to the website. The website doesn’t show you any ads.

I have several bags from this site. I absolutely adore and love all of these bags. I have absolutely everything you need from travel to office to a night out on the town.
