Never in my life have I felt like I needed to write a bad review. I bought a case in the wrong size and I contacted customer service they responded at first but have completely ignored me since. I have sent multiple emails even called their phone number which goes straight to voicemail. With the price these cases are at I expect way better help especially when an innocent mistake is made. I’ve bought multiple of their cases before and now I’m seeing that if you make a simple mistake you’re on your own super disappointing. Especially since I saved up for the case and it says on their website I can’t even make a return in my country. Super super upsetting.

Scammed
So I ordered a couple phone cases for my boyfriend and I as a surprise and the surprise got spoiled whenever this company emailed me their suspicions for potential fraud on my card so they cancelled the order said they issued a refund over a week ago and it has not appeared in my bank account not going to leave out that the total was a whopping 87 dollars so it wasn’t cheap wildflower! WHERES MY REFUND?!

"error" message when trying to view phone cases by size
when i click the 'collections' tab and try to shop for iphone cases by size, an error message saying "no results found, we were unable to find the product you were looking for" pops up. i usually prefer using apps as opposed to websites via browser to purchase things, so this is super inconvenient for me. the app used to be very useful but i can’t even shop for phone cases on it anymore because of this annoying bug.

I absolutely love my case!! They have super cute designs. and my screen protecter works well too. They were also super helpful whenever I made a mistake.
