First visit to Boston

Weather is great, hotel impressive, and room very well appointed. Large room with king size bed, bath and separate shower, even a rubber duck! You only get one chance to make a first impression and The White Hart smashed it. The receptionist was great and was not fazed by my dubious sense of humour. All in all well happy

Slow and sluggish

Took 15 mins to order 2coffees

What a pain this process was. All we wanted was two lattes but we had to order online when the coffee service counter was just 6 metres away. It was such a phaff. Then when we had paid online the response was that our order would take 25mins to arrive. Not seen a member of staff yet, been here 20mins.

Took forever

Almost gave up and left. This was awful. Let’s just use the debit card to pay for drinks on arrival - PLEASE!!!
