Steer Clear of this App!
This company is horrible. I actually don’t even believe that it’s a company and that there’s anyone running the app.
We did find a coach that part was nice. He was great and a good fit for my daughter, but we had to drive over 30 miles and over 40 minutes away to meet the after multiple attempts by the coach still would not provide a copy of their insurance in order for for us to practice nearby, my home, which is what I signed up for, at a public park
The coach emailed several times. I emailed several times. Crickets. There is no customer service. I think AI is running the app and someone is just pocketing the money.
I wish I had read reviews online sooner because I am the first person to have a terrible experience with Customer Service of any customer service.
Use another company. There is no human being that cares about this the name or the app. I would give Zero stars if I could.

Provides great opportunity for coaches
Party structure is fine. The a app has its glitches such as changing tier code everyone I open the app. From bronze to silver back and forth. I wish their was a way to browse for additional clients through it but alas use your tools to build it up

Soccer coach Shukri Chuck H. Is Fabulous
I booked one session with coach Chuck for my 10 years old son and the rest is history. My son has improved tremendously under Chuck, who can be strict when it matters or otherwise is very patient and encouraging. My son still has lessons with Chuck until today.

This app has connected me with so many great young athletes looking to learn how to pitch. I have used this platform to grow my network in the softball industry of my city.
Misleading pricing
I have found really good coaches, but the pricing is so misleading with all the additional fees.

As a coach and someone who has a full time job on top of coaching coach up makes it easy for me to find clients and help athletes when I don’t have the time to network!

CoachUp has helped me out in so many ways. Building relationships with people and athletes that in a regular day I may not pass by in the mall.

Great to expand your business as a coach!
A great app for acquiring new clients out of you sphere of influence. As a coach, clients can be fickle, but Coachup is a great addition to any coaches marketing strategy. The is the fee structure and the upfront costs for clients. If Coachup could take a smaller percentage of your coaching fees and lower their initiation costs, it would be a much better platform to use.
And my experience because of the additional fees, it is much harder to retain clients on the CoachUp app, as opposed to clients who contact me outside of the app.
For example, if I charge $50 a session, my clients typically pay around $90 for the first session and I only received $35. With the fact that most clients scheduled between three and five sessions Coachup makes more money than I do for most of my sessions.
And my experience because of the additional fees, it is much harder to retain clients on the CoachUp app, as opposed to clients who contact me outside of the app.

Great coach
Coach Chaz, really takes the time out to make it fun and a great experience for my 5 yr old daughter. She opened up to him after a few minutes and loved every minute of it. I’m definitely gonna keep him as her coach. If you’re in the Va area. Highly recommend.
Great app to find a coach
I was using this app to find a soccer coach. I found one he was great with the reasonable price appeared on time and worked with me and the way that helped me is the great app totally recommend.
Real deal
This is the real deal. They find clients for you both internationally and domestically. Blessing in disguise.
Terrible customer support
Our first coaching experience was great but when we booked a coach for a different sport we had a lot of difficulty getting him to respond to messages or book a session that had already been paid for. I simply asked that support cancel the I booked session and issue a refund to which I got no response. Won’t use again

Going on two years
I’ve had this app for 2yrs now and I love it! It’s been pretty incredible for my coaching business and I’m able to reach so many more athletes with it. I hope it continues to grow.
