Horrible app not as easy and also confusing frustrating to use i have to deal with this for ethier the next 3-5 years to make payments and doesn’t direct you properly

I find my banking needs at Coastal1 are efficiently managed using the app.
Not clear what account was using
Not clear on what account I was paying a bill with. Ended up getting charged a return fee though funds were in my other account waiting. This is sneaky and underhanded. I am closing my accounts as soon as I get time.

Drop downs not working on iOS
Every time I try to transfer funds or pay my loan on the mobile app the drop down function does not populate any options. Running iOS 26.5. Very annoying. Everything else works great.
If I could rate zero stars
The amount of times this app loses sync with my biometric or passcode login is insane. All my other banking apps have never had a single problem, but this one has me resetting my password over and over again every few times I use the app.
Needs work.
Needs to be updated. It’s not user friendly at all. Paying a simple loan payment could be much easier. You need to go through several steps to making a payment instead of just clicking pay bill etc.

2 factor authentication clunky
most send a code that can just be entered into a field, but his app has to call you…a while back I had to do the same thing to authorize payment - don’t have to do this with any other banking app…clunky is my opinion
