Can’t Pay Mortgage

I used to be able to pay my mortgage via the app. The app has completely changed and no longer allows me to. I called customer support and apparently it’s a known bug. You would think a banking app would thoroughly test the feature where people pay or transfer funds. Huge miss.

The app has not worked for weeks. I can log in via facial recognition, successfully complete the “prove your human” test and then receive error. 99999
