Workers comp
I was told by multiple people at the bank a workers compensation check has no hold. Yet every time I deposit it mobile you do this and I have to fight to get it removed. It’s not fun having only one income that gets deposited and I can’t use it lol. I hope this happens to you or someone you love so you can feel the struggle have the day you deserve

Honestly it’s been a decent bank app so far. I can acces my accounts. Online deposit is easy. So it’s a 4 for me.
Transfer Electronically
Thank you to the teller & back office staff for their help a couple of days ago. I wasn’t able to transfer funds electronically from 1 church account to another church account. I am completely satisfied with their help, knowledge & diligence in solving my problem!
Laggy
Some stuff is ok but this app is extremely laggy and loads up super slow then it randomly freezes on you when you’re trying to click on a different settings.
$32 overdraft fee
Ah yes this person has -$10 in their bank account, let's make it -$42. Absolutely disgusting, I will be switching banks because this is absolutely unacceptable
