This app used to be great and now it crashes and closes almost everytime I put in my password and hit sign in. It briefly opens, and then crashes before any info pops up. It is really annoying

The app has not been loading. It barely ever works and does the same thing for my husband and mother on their phones. This is a major reason why I opened an account with a large corporate bank, their ability to fix and update things is way faster. I am in the process of moving my accounts away from coastlife as soon as I pay off my car loan (<1 yr remaining)

Open the app, put password and the app closes. Open the app, put password, app closes. Keeps doing this 5 times or more before it actually logs me in. Buggiest App Sign In Ever. Been like this for months. Hoping it gets resolved.. I know I’m not the only one having issues. I know others who have the same exact problem.

Takes me multiple attempts to get into account. It isn’t a username or password issue. The app accepts authentication, cycles to the account then crashes. Very unstable the last few weeks.

Check Deposit Doesn’t Work
The check deposit feature on this app does not work. No matter how many times you take the photo of the check it is rejected. No amount of repositioning works. I tried turning off the auto-capture feature so I could take it manually but that option is disabled. The whole point of getting the app was so I don’t have to run to the bank every time I want to make a deposit.

I really love this app it really makes things easy for me, I can transfer money and make payments with out going to the bank, saves me lots of time. I’m very pleased!

Easy to use but I still wish they’d get better ATMs. It be nice to be able to deposit when the CU isn’t open. An option to transfer member to member would be great also.
