You need an older phone to connect the robot to wifi

On the iPhone 11 The app struggled to connect the robot to wifi because it could not send a message to the robot. Only with the iPhone 7 that I was able to connect the robot. I want the developers to fix this issue.

Unlike the other reviews I have no issues with the app as it connects just fine. It does the job.

Good vacuum terrible app ops

As soon as it arrived try to connect to my phone l could not do it pressed bottom as described wifi icon flashed for a while then turned off it self and l couldn’t get it to connect to wifi any more, no instructions on paper manual on how to connect to wifi; l guess that is why am giving it 2 stars otherwise it could it been different…….

App is terrible

It connected with my vacuum once, just long enough for me to set up a cleaning schedule, and has never worked with the app since! Customer service never responds. The vacuum alone works great but I recommend not wasting time with the app.
