Needs improvement

I work from home and have a landline mongotel Softphone. However, I downloaded the application because I also am out in the field and manage a case load. A lot of the time I dial out I can’t even tell if the call is ringing. It does this beeping sound. Pretty horrible. Needs major fixing.
