Needs improvement
I work from home and have a landline mongotel Softphone. However, I downloaded the application because I also am out in the field and manage a case load. A lot of the time I dial out I can’t even tell if the call is ringing. It does this beeping sound. Pretty horrible. Needs major fixing.
Freezes when trying to send images
Its pretty useless for sending images. This needs a fix.
