Missing locations
The app needs to be updated with ALL locations. It’s missing the Thornton location and other locations. How can we use the app to buy car washes if it’s not even listed?

You get an unlimited car washes for only 2 single car washes prices and still complaining the prices!!! It’s worth it and great services all over the Colorado. When you get an membership, You can use any of their location in Colorado. That’s a best thing.

It randomly stopped working July 2024
Specials
They send specials but you’re unable to purchase them. Keep saying IT is working on it but not fixed. Fire your IT.

Hi I am a customer and we have two vehicles. I noticed recently our amount went up per month. In todays world that is insane how expensive a car wash is for a membership. We want to keep it but I am wonder why you do not have a rewards program for loyal customers. What pisses me off the most is not being told what I am paying is only for 6 months.

Super frustrating app!
First they ask for your phone number to make sure you’re not already a member.
Ok- done.
Then they ask for your info including your email.
Oops that email is already in use. ( I actually had a membership with a company that they bought out!)
Then nothing! Can’t get out of the loop. Can’t contact them until you’re signed in. Can’t sign in. Stupid!

Not available in Arizona
I come to Cobblestone all the time and none of the locations show in Arizona. Only for Colorado.
Location services don’t work
Live in Arizona and this stupid app only searches for locations in Colorado fix your app or take it off the App Store one very unsatisfied Cobble Stone loyal customer.
Not a free car wash
To get the “free” car wash, required to purchase a plan.
Only useful in Colorado
I Got the app, signed up to find out that you can only get pricing and sign up for the services in Colorado.
