Doesn't provide receipt unless you rate service first
It's not legal for a business to withhold receipts. Coco makes you provide a rating for their service before they send you your receipt. How can I rate service that I haven't received?

Hacker/scammer
Opened the app. (I don’t log out of my account ever since downloading it). And lo and behold. It is my phone number. But my name and photo is different. (It’s a male).cod note I’m a female. Plus the email registered to the account is not my email. Totally scary and trashy.

Bring back two ladies!!!
After updates the menu has got rid of two ladies! However, when I go into store I can still order two ladies. Please bring two ladies back on the menu!!!!

This place is so yummy however they are no rewards for the app and the drinks keep getting more expensivs
The app works just perfectly in Ontario
I downloaded the app to try it out and it’s actually really convenient. It also has a reward system where you get a free drink if you scan or order 10 drinks through the app.
Add schedules a pick
Does what it says. Just wish they can enable to let you schedule a pickup instead of it being asap.

I just went to my local Coco store and tried to order at the counter but was told I had to download the app to order. I then saw the clerk put my order into the computer at the counter as if I had pid at the counter in the first place. Waste of time and cellular data.
Used to love this bubble tea place but I’ll only be getting it now if I decide to order it in to my work via Ubereats. No point in driving to the store anymore.

It’s good, these reviews are so mean!
After seeing all these reviews, I was worried but it’s totally easy to use. The prices are same as in-store prices, so much better than Uber. You receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup. Very straightforward, nice system.
Add favourite store
Please update app so you can add a favourite store instead of bringing stores up based on location

Charges card but doesn’t go through
I usually preorder for pickup but the past few times I’ve done so I’ve been charged (and refunded the next day) without my order going through. The error I get is that my postal code is incorrect.
Overall easy to navigate but this needs to be fixed.

Great app! Easy to use
I just used this for the first time (May 30, 2021). It sends you an email receipt and texts you when your order is ready for pickup. Just make sure you select the correct location you want to order from, before placing the order. I would use this app again. You need a credit card though, to input into the app in order to process the order. It would be better if they had an option for payment upon pickup.

How do I transfer points from fivestar
Fivestar app suggested me to transfer points to this app, but it does not provide and option.
I actually like the app
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I always order through the app for pickup. I get a text notifying me when my order is ready for pick up. It’s usually really fast, literally within minutes. Another great feature is that we can use ApplePay to pay. Overall, very happy with the app.
