The most uncomfortable app
It’s really difficult to choose a place, I ordered drinks in the different location because of the poor ux/ui

Many apps guess which one you need
Does not include Surrey area and No transfer of points
It only includes the mainland, discluding surrey, delta, etc. Also what about the other app CoCo Tea Vancouver? I can't transfer my points on that app to this one! So basically I spent money for no rewards in return. How stupid

Points and activities are not current. It differs so much when I log in at the store. FIX THE SPP !
Can’t even get the login screen to display
Please fix login UI. It won’t even let you see what to fill up and the buttons are missing.
No point in the app
The promos don’t work and neither do the points system.
