I used to love this game, when it worked. So I decided to download it again. But like what other people are complaining about, whenever you pick an animal it seems to crash. But I saw you asking other people for the device name, iOS version, and details. So I’m on an a16 iPad, I just downloaded the newest iPad update. (26.5.2) and when I opened the app, it all seemed to be working fine, until I picked an animal aka the poodle. Thank you for your help in advance.

Com problema (URGENTE)

Minha filha ama esse jogo, agora não está funcionando e todo dia é uma tristeza e frustração para ela, chora e fica triste, ele fica carregando os animais eternamente e não funciona!
Peço humildemente que vejam esse bug, já desinstalei e instalei novamente, atualizei celular, reiniciei e não funciona, não sei mais, e ela só quer esse, ela ama esse!

Crashes once you pick the animal you want to help….yes all updates are installed. Very frustrating after purchasing no ads too
