Absolute garbage app. Total waste of time having these cameras installed as can never view footage. If I could give it no stars I would

More than just TERRIBLE - APP IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
Bought this system at ALDI but installed it 4 years later as we never had the money. Bang for buck it’s cameras are working OK but the APP IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Not once have I ever seen the cameras on my phone, not sitting at home on wifi nor out and about on mobile internet. No point having cameras if they can’t be monitored remotely. This App gets 0-5 stars overall, the cameras themselves are working and recording to my server so I’ll give them 1 star for accomplishing at least part of their given task.

What a waste of time and money buying this security system that uses this useless app if you can not provide a service reliability than done make app what a waste

Absolutely useless app. Cameras won’t connect and live can not be viewed.
Works well enough
Works ok, I set it up to run over VPN connection. Basic interface but good enough for what I want to do.
App fail
Works first time but stops working randomly. Have to reinstall to get it working again only to have it fail again. Frustrating app and it’s very laggy and only works when at home but once your out away from the wifi it fails to playback or show live video every time. What’s the point then if it only works when your home? It really deserves no star if you ask me.

Too many login fails - useless app
Worst app. Takes forever to open, too many fail logins. Stops working whilst you viewing and you have to login again and again. When you in playback, it stops every time there’s movement on screen. Best way to resolve any issues is to reinstall app, easily several times every few days 😡😡😡
Not happy with update
I haven’t been able to view the live or playback on my iPad or phone since last update. Not happy at all. What’s the point of having a camera system if I can’t view it when I’m away.
Auto login not working
The auto login feature does not work, requiring me to re-enter password every time.
When sometimes requiring fast access this is frustrating that it does not work. It would also be beneficial if you automatically auto select the default camera(s) without having to manually select all each time as well.

Playback not working since latest update
Cannot view any footage in Playback mode since latest update. Please fix.

My old version was working fine, but since this update it won’t display my cameras! Please give me back my previous version!!
Playback not working
Since the latest/newest update has occurred the ‘playback’ no longer works. Resulting in you being unable to view any recorded footage from this app. This was all working fine until the app was updated to the latest version. Very frustrating!

Ever since the update I can’t select channels or view anything. Just shows up blank ! Fix this ASAP otherwise I’ll have to buy a different system. PLEASE REVERSE THE UPDATE !

Ever since upgrading my phone the app doesn’t allow you to select any ‘start preview’ button once you’ve chosen what cameras you want to view.
It allows you to select the cameras but not to actually preview them.
This needs to be fixed !!!!!
