It worked for some time and now can’t sign in
Create as ticket and they said the App is discontinued and proposed em to buy new DVR to support their new App.
What a joke to buy new DVR to support their updated APP?
And I don’t know why this app is still available if it’s no longer works ?

More than just TERRIBLE - APP IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
Bought this system at ALDI but installed it 4 years later as we never had the money. Bang for buck it’s cameras are working OK but the APP IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Not once have I ever seen the cameras on my phone, not sitting at home on wifi nor out and about on mobile internet. No point having cameras if they can’t be monitored remotely. This App gets 0-5 stars overall, the cameras themselves are working and recording to my server so I’ll give them 1 star for accomplishing at least part of their given task.
