機種変更したら見れなくなった

機種変更後に、今まで購入した書籍が見れなくなりました。リストの取得処理をしています.…と表示だけ出て1日中固まっています。

不具合？

読んでる途中の本が見えなくなってしまって困る。

要らないアプリ

接続なしに読めると思いインストールしましたが、一度読むと書庫から消えてしまいます
設定から 消去(してないけど)した本を復元 というのをしましたが戻りません
Web版ではちゃんとありました、、、だったらアプリは全く要らなくね？

シャープ専用機のビューアアプリと書いておきながらiPhoneのApp Storeに出すなよ。
ダウンロードした本を読もうとしてもエラーで落ちるし。

大量に購入した書籍のデータがある場合にリストを読み直すと固まる

長年使っていて、ダウンロードしたデータが圧迫してきたので、一度全削除しました。その上で、再度開こうとしたら、「リストの取得処理をしています・・・（略）」というメッセージを表示したまま、固まったようになります。せめて、リストの取得処理が何件中、何件終わったかがみえるようにするのが、常識的な作りこみだと思います。設計が甘いのでは？
