Great for news etc but still having the same issues with gifting stories that I advised of over 12 months ago and still not fixed even though I was advised it had been.
If you don’t want to be ripped off on your 5 gifted stories logout and log back in every time you want to gift a story otherwise it will just spin
And and not gift and you lose one gift each time.
For example when it resets to 5 stories each month you gift a story and you end up with 3 left instead of 4 and so on.

Notifications
Continuous notifications for a code I don’t follow. I made sure sport was off, turned all notifications off and I’m still getting them but also rarely notified for sports I follow. Help ai was less than useful
Live Activities
Need a feature to turn live activities on from within the app. Sometimes the notification doesn’t work and there’s no way to activate live activities if it doesn’t work or decide you want a score for an another game you haven’t got notifications turned on for.
Infuriating
Code Sports is a disappointing experience from both a content and app perspective. The quality of the articles is generally quite low, lacking the depth and insight you’d expect from a paid subscription service.
Unfortunately, the app itself is just as underwhelming. It’s plagued with bugs, the most frustrating being the inability to properly manage notification settings. I’ve turned off AFL notifications multiple times, yet the app continues to switch them back on without fail. It’s a basic feature that simply doesn’t work, which sums up the overall experience.
The whole platform feels unfinished and poorly maintained. There are far better options out there that are worth your money—this one isn’t.

Tom Sangster’s SuperCoach
I’m disappointed you don’t get all of Tom Sangster’s SuperCoach videos like team list Tuesday. I have to go to UTube to watch which is very frustrating. I won’t renew my subscription as it’s the SuperCoach information is all I want.
No iPad app?
Was about to subscribe but no iPad app is a dealbreaker.
I Turn off AFL Alerts but Still Get Them
Why even have the option to turn off push notifications for boring sports like the AFL if you still are going to send them to me

One of the best sport apps I’ve had. Thoroughly enjoy the user experience, very easy to manoeuvre around site and loving the new games!

Simply the only sports app any fan needs. Great news, analysis, video and an incredible AFL and NRL stats section.

Not worth the money really disappointed. Little to no nrl news and completely overhyped.

Cannot stop the AFL Notifications
Generally quite good however I am constantly getting AFL notifications all day. I’m not a fan of AFL, I don’t like like AFL, I have turned off the AFL notifications - but they keep coming! Never ending AFL notifications. Deep breath.
Poor tech
Quite a bad experience. App doesn’t have a persistent login, so even though I have subscribed, it logs you out then doesn’t recognise when it logs you back in via an external website. Simply not coded well. I’m a hoops fan and always have multiple clicks to get to any basketball content, as they try to shove league down your throat.

Great sports journalism
Great app if you love your sport. Pretty cheap per month especially if you lock in for the full year. Get my NRL updates here and then cricket for the summer. I also play SuperCoach NRL and it has some great content on that aswell.
Great for sports fans
Excellent coverage of all sport, get what you pay for. It’s faster with news than the free sites and less / no ads which is a nice experience. Worth it if you’re a sports nut.
Disappointed
Just joined this site and dudded yet again. No iPad app in 2025, or if there is I cannot log in to my membership as it will not let me enter numbers in the email address section. Basically another scam site.
Frustrations
Extremely frustrating app. Takes forever to load, often not loading at all. Then have to reset all my favorites again. Definitely won’t be renewing my subscription. Shame because the variety of content is quite good

I’ve found the need to keep
logging in in order to see my settings. At one point I was offered a new subscription offer and now somehow I have two subscriptions with two monthly fees but can’t see where I can unsubscribe from the second one (or is it the first one?) as only one shows up on my account.
Also I cannot login to games the screen keeps flashing on and off trying to log in.
Very glitchy.
Also rugby league is poo and can gth.
