Super clean interface and it's actually making my health data feel...useful? I love how it pulls everything together in one place.
Excellent Tracking
Definitely the best all-in-one app I’ve found to track and trend all aspects of my health that I actually care about without all the typical jargon. Love that through apple health it can take all my info whether it be MyFitnessPal or Garmin.

This app does a great job of really letting you use the data you already have and narrow down to the exact type of workout (rowing, traditional weight lifting, etc. )
Two wishes:
1) let me select “this month/last month” instead of last 30 days
2) let me use number of times I workout not just the amount of time

Why no landscape view mode????
What a disappointment that this app does not allow a landscape view mode. I want to use it on my iPad Pro 12.9" and propping it up in portrait doesn't work for me. Developer, please let me know if/when you add the feature and I'll try to provide an updated review of the actual app's pros and cons...meanwhile I gave it a complimentary three stars. Thanks in advance for considering this request🙏🏼
