I’ve using the app since a very long time & it’s excellent. Since Sunday I had to re- login but I’m not able since I’m not receiving the OTP also the customer care number is disconnecting.

They will accept your order and take your money then they will cancel your order without informing you and they will refund the money in the application and not to your card by force and they don’t have complain or contact number only message or live chat and they don’t answer

اسوأ تطبيق مر علي ، اتركهم فترة طويلة لعلهم يكونون تطوروا لكن نفس المشاكل لازالت و حلهم الوحيد نرجع لك المبلغ رصيد ! لكن هذه المره طلبت ترجع المبلغ لحسابي و راح الغي التطبيق نهائي

Very bad

Very bad experience with this app my order is late and the customer service keep saying they will solve my problem at least I want to cancel and get a refund and they refuse to cancel my order 👎🏻

Location

I immediately deleted the app after it started requiring me to activate my location just to use the app. I will never download the app again unless they make turning on location optional.
