Can’t make an account
I used to use my phone number for my account, but now they need an email address for this new update. But when I try to make a new account with my email it says my phone number is currently in use and to sign in with that account. So I can’t make an account to use the app, and there is no way to contact anyone to resolve this. Guess I’ll get my coffee somewhere else.

Awful
Awful app. Second day in a row I’ve tried to redeem my points and I’m being told I’m not doing it correctly, but yet before the update I was able to do it perfectly fine.

The item I wanted was about a dollar more in the app than buying in store.
I Downloaded to get the $5 off drink but when I downloaded there was no coupon code or way to use the reward. Also, many of the buttons when ordering just didn’t work. Also it does not allow Apple Pay.

Great coffee
Live out of town, but when I come to Pensacola, I make sure that I stop at Coffee Guy Café. Personally, I find the customer service at the café on the east side of Davis Highway five star. Can’t honestly say that about the one on the west side of Davis Highway, sorry. Just speaking truthfully. Very proud of the man that put this company together. His products are excellent, but mostly I love the great coffee that he makes. His cappuccino and espresso Remind me of Italy, where I spent alot of time with great memories. That is as good a compliment as you could get. Look forward to stopping there again thank you Coffee Guy!

THE COFFEE IS GREAT, the app is not
The app is really buggy, I can hardly ever get past the loading screen most days. It does work sometimes which is nice, but it does tend to bug out and either freeze or not load. But the coffee is truly wonderful, but the app has kept me from going a couple times since I really love ordering online.
