AMAZING food, horrible app.

I’d say 3.5 stars. Spinach did was great. Pizza was good but not spectacular. The garlic knots were gross. They were super thick. I think fluffy when I eat these and these ones were not fluffy at all. The flavor is good and if they wouldn’t have been so dense I’d say 4.5 stars easily.
Unusable app
I visit JB’s about once a month, and I’ve been trying to get this app to work on a new iPhone over the past several years. It doesn’t provide a way to enter purchases made in store from a receipt code. It’s slow and buggy, and requires me to log in multiple times to access it, my rewards, etc. worst of all, it frequently drops me into a in-app web browser and on the website rather than being integrated within the app itself. This is 2007 levels app design in 2025.

Downloaded the app after it said you receive a $5 off coupon and free garlic knots. Garlic knots is there but no $5 off
