AMAZING food, horrible app.

Iâd say 3.5 stars. Spinach did was great. Pizza was good but not spectacular. The garlic knots were gross. They were super thick. I think fluffy when I eat these and these ones were not fluffy at all. The flavor is good and if they wouldnât have been so dense Iâd say 4.5 stars easily.
Unusable app
I visit JBâs about once a month, and Iâve been trying to get this app to work on a new iPhone over the past several years. It doesnât provide a way to enter purchases made in store from a receipt code. Itâs slow and buggy, and requires me to log in multiple times to access it, my rewards, etc. worst of all, it frequently drops me into a in-app web browser and on the website rather than being integrated within the app itself. This is 2007 levels app design in 2025.

Downloaded the app after it said you receive a $5 off coupon and free garlic knots. Garlic knots is there but no $5 off

Wrong pizza
Love the restaurant , food and staff , but they messed up my app pizza order. I used the âfavorite order again featureâ but it came out wrong. We wonât be making the app mistake here again. By the way additional $22 to my pre paid order did not set well with us.
Wonderful food and Service
I love Johnnys pizza and their whole menu. I got the spaghetti with meatballs and my son the chicken bites with fries. I ordered through the app. They never fail to impress. Friendly staff and fantastic cooks. Iâm so glad they have that location in Villa Rica! You rock JohnnysâŚ
This app is awful
First let me say I LOVE our local Johnny Bruscos. This review is about the abysmal app. When comparing this app to other online ordering apps this drastically misses the mark.
There is no integration with standard phone features
- Autofill has been a standard for filling out user profile info for years - please get with they times. No one wants to type all that information.
- Payment integration should be available. Security experts significantly caution against providing your credit card info to an online merchant. PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay are standards and should be supported.
- Credit card scan feature didnât work.
- should have native-to-device password keeper integration.
The app navigation is poor
- the remove toppings/add toppings being separate is foolish. I can remove a topping in one list and add it back in another.
- toppings should be in alphabetical order
Account setup requires email opt in - I donât want emails!!! I just want to order food.

Canât order
It doesnât allow me to place an order on the app or the website. Everytime I tap âorder nowâ it says âthe data couldnât be read because it isnât in the correct format.â Iâve tried to make a mobile order on multiple devices and I have the same problem every time.

No Apple Pay
The ordering portion of of the app is okay; however, Apple Pay doesnât appear to be offered. Also, with quick pay, why is it necessary to enter the address every time I order?
