UI is better but I’m pretty sure you tanked the points I had & the whole tier system is just worse. Really leaning into capitalism with the changes. ALSO WHY THE STORE SMELL LIKE THAT IN EAST ATHENS.

I’ve seen several other reviews asking for the return of the “special notes” section and more options for grilling vegetables. My local store told me to call after I placed the order to give my special instructions but this is creating more work for your employees and customers. You should also remove all reviews where customers are giving praise to their local Barberitos maybe then you’d get a more accurate rating of your App.

Glitch in ordering
Won’t let me advance in order past the selection of salsas for the complimentary chips. It keeps prompting me to select 1 or 2 options even though I have selected the salsa. No (reasonable) combination of salsas or amounts of salsas bypasses this glitch. Had to order online, app useless for ordering.

Customer Service needs MUCH work
Food was ok but needs much work on customer service!!! No greeting, no smiles, did not seem to want to serve customers!!! To be a brand new store workers had absolutely no enthusiasm!!!
