UI is better but I’m pretty sure you tanked the points I had & the whole tier system is just worse. Really leaning into capitalism with the changes. ALSO WHY THE STORE SMELL LIKE THAT IN EAST ATHENS.
More Options
I’ve seen several other reviews asking for the return of the “special notes” section and more options for grilling vegetables. My local store told me to call after I placed the order to give my special instructions but this is creating more work for your employees and customers. You should also remove all reviews where customers are giving praise to their local Barberitos maybe then you’d get a more accurate rating of your App.

Glitch in ordering
Won’t let me advance in order past the selection of salsas for the complimentary chips. It keeps prompting me to select 1 or 2 options even though I have selected the salsa. No (reasonable) combination of salsas or amounts of salsas bypasses this glitch. Had to order online, app useless for ordering.

Customer Service needs MUCH work
Food was ok but needs much work on customer service!!! No greeting, no smiles, did not seem to want to serve customers!!! To be a brand new store workers had absolutely no enthusiasm!!!

No special instructions section?
I want to have two of the toppings grilled, but I don’t see a way to do that on the app. Fix this please! Also, the app struggles to apply promo codes.

I like Barberitos food and my family does too but the app is unusable for us. It only lets you add 3 toppings to what you are ordering. You should be able to order it the way you want just like you do in the restaurant! Fix this please!

Would like to see the option to specify which toppings should be grilled. Only onions and peppers are available as grilled in the current version.

Let Us Tip Drivers
I like Barberitos, but I’ve stopped using this app for deliveries because there’s no way to tip the drivers. It comes up as a DoorDash order, and the driver is told they’re getting no tip.
Frustrating
Couldn’t use my rewards because I was told I had the old app — but I had already updated my app to this current one. Don’t see another option. No point in even using the app.

Barb has the audacity to charge a.50 fee for ordering on the app.

It charges $.50 to use the new app. They also took away the option for special instructions. Very cheap of you barbs.

Cannot create account in app by because it requires a birthday, but when I spin the wheel, it keeps reverting to today’s date.

Would be nice to let users of the old app know there is a new one so they don’t try to frantically download it while waiting in line to order.
