App is very unreliable
Need the portability of watching cable recordings on phone or device… not easy on this app…when it decides to work. Thinking of dumping cable and getting a subscription to Stack TV… cheaper too!

Fonctionne parfaitement ! Bravo Cogéco. Pour moi, cette application fait exactement ce qu’elle est sensée faire. Très conviviale, facile et simple, autant sur iPhone que sur iPad. Même à distance on peut tout faire. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs. Pour ma part tout fonctionne vraiment très bien et j’adore l’application. Seul bémol, il est impossible de regarder les enregistrements à l’extérieur du Canada. Pourquoi c’est possible avec Bell et pas Cogeco. ?

Worked for 2 weeks, a Christmas miracle
I forgot about the app for months because it never, never worked, then I decided to be wild and try it again and it actually worked! For 2 whole weeks! It was glorious! Then I clicked out of it and it won’t reconnect despite a gazillion attempts and I guess that’s it for another who knows how many months. It was nice while it lasted!

POS app, can’t believe such garbage gets released
What a POS app, requires setup every time you use it, if it lets you through, then it’s so laggy it’s almost useless. I can’t believe they actually released this app into the wild. Worst streaming app ever. Spend your money on an iptv streaming service.
Worst app on the planet
This is hands down the worst app I have seen. You can download shows to watch but can never watch them. The app literally never works.

Useless app
I have to try and open the app about 50 times before I can stream a show, thinking of switching from Cogeco to Rogers. This app is the worst and will not ever recommend Cogeco to anyone. Waste of money and time and space. They don’t care about the customers that pay a fortune for their products and don’t hear or value their customers

Typical Cogeco - junk with no support
Sick & tired of this app continually failing. It was very poor before this revision but it is now just about useless. Fails to connect, refuses to stream and generally so buggy that I have given up on it. Blown it off.

Whenever you want to use the app, not working. Very painful. Why can’t they develop a working app like other providers.
