Not responding
The app blocked me out of my digital wallet and it’s a mess. I can’t access my tickets. Every time it takes me to the internet where I’m told I may be a bot! Have deleted the app but as it’s in the cloud it downloads with the same bug

Shows won’t load, ticketing page doesn’t work, no contact button for assistance.
Stupid
This is yet another step in transferring the work to the purchaser – like self check out at the grocery store. There is nothing safer or more convenient than having a physical ticket in your hand.
