The app blocked me out of my digital wallet and it’s a mess. I can’t access my tickets. Every time it takes me to the internet where I’m told I may be a bot! Have deleted the app but as it’s in the cloud it downloads with the same bug

Stupid
This is yet another step in transferring the work to the purchaser – like self check out at the grocery store. There is nothing safer or more convenient than having a physical ticket in your hand.

Works fine
It works fine, but the app is essentially just a way to go to the website. Every button you click just takes you to a browser. It would’ve been great if it was a more sold app that could function without internet access (at least for accessing tickets), but no dice.

Terrible app
The app kicks you out. You can’t type your login and password. Extremely frustrating. I had to use my desktop.
Fire the person who developed this app
This app simply does not work. Not sure why you can’t print the tickets like most other apps. Furthermore the app simply is incredibly unfriendly.
Worst user experience
Whoever had the idea to “update” the app should be fired. The previous version was amazing and easy to use. This version? Useless! Bring the old version back!

New App is useless!
The recent Mirvish App is useless, freezes midway and will not show all tickets of productions to be listed for subscribers. Time further wasted having to contact Mirvish directly for assistance only to be told that I either had to change to mail delivery or pick up tickets at the box office.
Piece of garbage
They changed the UI and broke the app. I’m a subscriber and can’t access my tickets - it says I have no shows coming up. Don’t bother with it. It’s hardly an app at all anyway, all it does is open broken browser windows. You’re better off buying tickets or viewing tickets using the actual website
The UI change SUCKS!!
Mirvish had a very useful app until they decided they knew better for how subscribers should access any information about their tickets and account. It is a very frustrating experience with browser pop-ups that freeze.
Won’t let me log in
I can login on my PC no problem. The app will not allow me to login with my same credentials.
Love this app!
East to use and present my tickets at the theatre. Never had a problem. Love the digital programs!!
Unable to book tickets most if the time
Unfortunately unable to book tickets through the app (receive error) always need to call in or book it through PC. Do appreciate that I can access tickets though.
Mostly good
I generally like the app for accessing my tickets and using my subscriber card for concessions. However I was late arriving to a show recently and received an error message when trying to show my tickets to be scanned for entry. Logging out and back in didn’t fix the issue. Everything was fine earlier in the day when I checked my tickets and nothing was wrong with my tickets for shows at later dates. I was forced to go to the box office to get my tickets printed. Random bad luck or will mobile tickets never be accessible if you’re late?

The user experience is terrible. The app is slow and laggy, and it looks so shady don’t wanna buy a ticket here.
