Terrible experience

Their customer service is diabolical. Returned an item 8 weeks ago, they confirmed receipt and yet they haven’t issue the refund. Online chat couldn’t be less helpful

Said I could have 20% off ANYTHING if I loaded the app but it said it wasn’t applicable on the item I was buying so it wasn’t really for ANYTHING at all!

Ignore negative ratings

This is my 2nd review.
This will be my 4th purchase with this company and it’s probably one of the best companies I have dealt with. Easy navigation on the site and excellent deals. I did need to chase up a delivery query and the assistant was very helpful. If you need to contact them it’s easy. Google the number and you actually do get through to a person not a “chat box”
5 out of 5 for my experience with Coggles.
