Não consigo baralhos em formato .apkg

Paguei pelo aplicativo principalmente pela possibilidade de importar baralhos em formato .apkg (Anki), mas não consigo utilizar a função. Ao tentar importar o arquivo, o aplicativo informa que o ficheiro é inválido. Já tentei diversas vezes e não consegui solucionar.

Espero que corrijam o problema ou esclareçam como realizar a importação corretamente, pois paguei pelo serviço e não estou conseguindo utilizar uma das funcionalidades que motivaram a contratação.

Olá, Olívia. Sentimos pela frustração. O erro “arquivo inválido” pode ocorrer com arquivos exportados por versões recentes do Anki. No Anki, escolha Arquivo → Exportar → Anki Deck Package (.apkg) e marque “Support older Anki versions”. Depois, importe o novo arquivo no Cogni. Se o erro continuar, envie o arquivo para support@cognifly.net, pois também precisamos verificar outras possíveis causas.

Parfait pour la mémoire à long terme juste faut payer l’abonnement pour pourvoir voir autant de carte qu’on veut ce qui est dommage mais le annuel est rentable 🙌

Transferência

Fui tentar transferir os flashcards de um dispositivo para outro e o aplicativo travou, fica aparecendo que houve falha na verificação e quando eu clico em continuar importação volta a falar que houve falha. Preciso acessar meus flashcards mas o aplicativo está travado. Oq faço

Corrigimos esse problema na versão 3.0.4, já disponível na App Store. Atualize o aplicativo e toque em “Continuar a importação” para retomar. Sentimos muito por você ter ficado sem acesso aos seus cartões.
