Since the banking is no more working and now it’s been tuned into a Chain wallet

Open the app to find…nothing. No way to transfer in or out. Zendesk has closed their account. Beware.
WHERE IS MY MONEY?!
I DO NOT, I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THINK SO CALL BANKING APP. I made a deposit into this COGNI bank account and the next day it updated and now my money is gone! VANISHED. I called the customer support and check my balance it states that my money is still there but every time I swipe my card it declines and it shows $0 in my account on the app. I have sent 10 emails so far no one has reached out me about this problem. DO NOT get this app. I HAVE 4 more stories like this. I have reported this to police and made a scam report. People do not work hard everyday for there money to be stolen.

You can never get in touch with no one. They customer service skills are horrible, they don’t support they customer also did I say you can never reach an agent by phone only email and it take hours sometimes days for a response I wouldn’t recommend this company to my dog if he needed an account
Scam / Stole my money
Deposited 6k into my account, account closed for “suspicious activity”. Was told a check was on its way , waited 30 business days only to not receive anything. Was told a 2nd check has been issued and nothing ever came. They stopped replying to my emails and are useless over the phone with their endless lies, been 6 months now and I have yet to receive my money back from Cogni, i’ll be filing a BBB claim soon here. Worst bank to exist with the poorest customer service. Total scam.

Disappointed
The app feels simplistic and boring. I feel like the app was created 10 years ago. I’m giving 2 stars because Cogni ran a referral bonus promotion, and they haven’t delivered on what the promotion offered. I was supposed to receive $5 for opening the account and $5 per referral. After weeks of waiting, many phone calls to support and unanswered emails, I still haven’t received the promotional funds. Support says “there is an IT ticket” with my name on a very long list of others, who also haven’t received the promo funds. Do better Cogni, I’m embarrassed I referred anyone at all.

I love it but bummed the card doesn't look like the photo
I love it they are a modern and better bank that lets you add your crypto wallet or make your own one. Everything is wonderful. But I'm very disappointed the Debit card doesn't look like the one on the app store photo it looks like a debit card for a child. But it's just a card so whatever works.
Onboarding is atrocious
User name and password alone don’t work along w sms. The id scan isn’t useful either needed to update address.
Login Issues
When you change your number one time you start to go through login issues and they will take a whole month or two to help you out dont download a very horrible banking app of I could give it no stars I would.
they Never opened my account
Took all my information and said they will review it to open my account in the next few days. ONE MONTH LATER and I still have the same message. When I called them I got no response after submitting ALL my personal information. Feels pretty suspicious after taking all my personal information to open an account and no response from them or anything just a bunch of Spam emails for there bank.

Definetly not the future of Banking
Im only giving a 1 because that's the lowest I can go.Ever since day one I've had problems here first started when I switched my telephone number it took them two weeks just to get things set back up for me.Then I had a merchant dispute theyTell me they can't help because it's not a fraud charge.Which I don't think their manager knew what he was talking about at all but I've come to find that out because all he does is tell people lies anyways and doesn't ever contact you back when he says he's gonna. it's been over two months and my disputes aren't resolvedAnd all I get is run around every day,Some new lame excuse.If I was anybody just to let you know I've only been here three months not even. I would save yourself the headache.I've never been treated so poorly by any bank ever

this app is woke and tries to track your carbon footprint like all the big tech companies. i suggest boycotting like we did to target and bud light
