But sadly it is totally useless! The app loses all formatting the school input and also it’s just a mess of information that seems to just go missing. Make this a native app for a start and not some cross platform rubbish! Cognita - please find a decent developer to make this app/system. This is totally awful.

Terrible app
Terrible app very badly thought out and awful to use. The stream of negative reviews here don’t seem to result in any much needed improvements.
Can’t log in
I have enrolled my details but can’t even log in to the app now. When I enter my password, the app automatically deletes the details as soon as I click ‘log in’
Reporting absence
Has anyone at Cognita actually tried reporting an absence using this awful app? How on earth do you design a system where the submit button is hidden by the keyboard. Just horrible to use. Let’s hope you absorb the 20% VAT increase and not just pass it on to suffering parents.

This app works OK on an iPhone, but a few versions back it also worked on Mac (around July 2022, when the developer was Qt/QMake). It would be super useful if it could be made to work on Mac again.

Using this app as the school wants me to use this, very bad interference, feed dosent load, infomation is all over the place, could be easily done better

Enable forwarding messages to an e-mail address
The app has decent enough functionality. It enables the collation of a lot of information in one place.
However, if you are sent a message with 10 different attachments to fill or print, it’s just not practical to manage this through the app.
Not being able to forward messages to an e-mail address is a very frustrating omission.

I don’t seem able to give feedback so giving it here instead.
Generally useful, but needs a change around email. Key useful thing about email is you can search and refer back items, which you cannot do using this app.
- Either you need to be able to search the inbox
- Have a setting where users can choose to have all emails sent to an email address
- At the very minimum be able to forward the email on to yourself or another user.

No accessibility at all.
There is literaly zero accessibility features in this app, they just haven’t bothered thinking about it at all.
Now I can’t view e-mail in my system font size like I could before they moved to the app and I can’t even copy and paste from e-mails to a text file to increase and text wrap them. There just nothing and it prevents the system wise features from working properly with it too unless I screen zoom and have to scroll back and forth constantly for every line. It’s a real problem for me.
